How long Does it take?

This varies from person to person. Some clients work with coaches for a few months and others for a few years. The average 1:1 program is about 6 to 10 sessions. Clients typically start making major life changes after their first program.

How Is Coaching Done?

Group Coaching and Individual Coaching is offered in person, on the phone, or via the Internet.

How does Coaching Differ From Counseling?.

Coaching focuses on situations clients are currently experiencing and creates a measurable plan to overcome barriers to achieve goals for the future. Counseling focuses past and current situations to resolve mental and emotional challenges.
